Together let's help your people become their best selves, do amazing work, and embrace collaboration so they can achieve great things. We call this ‘rousing the remarkable’ (and getting out of the pit of mediocrity).
There is a way.
I’m a speaker, author, entrepreneur and adventure cyclist.
My experiences in the business world and my adventures on the road have led me to an important discovery: EVERYONE is capable of the remarkable. In fact, your friend, your employee or your customer is probably just one shift in mindset, inspiring story, or training session away from stepping out of mediocrity, and into the remarkable. They just need some help.
I’ve been helping people rouse the remarkable for years, and I would be honored to help your organization, too.
For 20 years I’ve been speaking from stages. And when I’m not on a stage, I’m doing research from my bike - meeting people from Main Street to Wall Street and every corner in between
My cycling adventures have actually taught me a lot (if not more!) about growth, remarkability, leadership and mentorship than all my other experiences combined (and I have a LOT of those, too). That’s why I share about my cycling trips when I speak.
Listen to some of Ann’s raving fans after hearing her keynote.
"Ann Tardy is the most engaging enthusiastic motivational person I’ve ever met. I’ve known her for many years and every time I see her, she leaves me with a few new nuggets of gold I cherish until I see her again. Most recently, Ann spoke at our annual HR Conference (#HRwest18). She told us about her incredible journey across the country and the interesting people she met as she searched for the answers to “why people love their jobs?” The audience was so stimulated by the stories she told about how to look at things from a fresh new perspective – and that we are all remarkable. I loved her angle on managing difficult challenges just by reacting to them differently — as a “plot twist”. She enabled us to look in the mirror differently to see that we can and are all be remarkable people if we just make the attitude adjustment."
